Every unit is full-function tested in the factory to help insure trouble-free operation. Results and a full 1-year warranty are included with each unit. Optional 2-year warranty on the compressor is also available for the R 60a, R 70a, and R 80a.

R 60a SERIES REFRIGERANT RECOVERY SYSTEMS –
fast recovery of most refrigerants including R-410A |

NEW R 80a SERIES UNIVERSAL RECOVERY SYSTEMS
– adds subcooling to the R 70a |

When ambient temperatures go up at a service site, refrigerant in the recovery tank gets hot and expands to increase pressure, reducing recovery speed. You could either ice the tank to cool and condense the contents or just flip the subcooling switch on the new R 80a System. The switch is faster and more convenient.
Subcooling lowers the temperature of refrigerant below its dew point. In subcooling mode the R 80a draws hot vapor from the recovery tank and it goes back through the condenser. The vapor is cooled and returned to the tank as a liquid to lower tank temp and pressure. With a cooler tank and lower pressure, you can fill the tank more quickly with more refrigerant on hot days, and help maximize compressor life.
Set-up is a simple 3-hose hook-up when connecting the R 80a to the system and tank. Same as the R 70a at left, recovery is automatic. Subcooling takes only the flip of a switch without changing hoses.
